We will be pleased to formulate a job description including the duties of the position to be filled, the proposed structure of the relationship and the determination of appropriate compensation ranges. Included is a description of the required personality profile complementary to the client.

Consultation is on site or by telephone, with only out-of-pocket expenses to be paid for by the client.

THE PLACEMENT FEE

Our professional fee for a search is 25% of the first annual gross salary of the selected candidate.
